Rather than bombard Realtors with complicated or expensive lead generation solutions, this course will focus on easy to use strategies designed to promote “intentional listening”, leading to opportunities to connect in a meaningful, unforgettable way. With nearly 70% of all transactions coming from one's sphere or network and only 12% coming from online leads, the choice is clear. Social networks like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and Pinterest (yes, Pinterest) offer opportunities for intentional listening. Recent apps like Relola and First add a level of technology to the process of sharing insights and determining who is more likely to need an agent's assistance. Build better, stronger relationships, and create more business opportunities, by understanding how to use today's tools.

OBJECTIVES

1. The Realtor will understand the value of relationships as told by the Annual NAR survey
2. The Realtor will learn how to turn Facebook into a powerful social listening tool
3. The Realtor will be able to identify the difference between profiles and pages on Facebook
4. The Realtor will understand how to maximize opportunities with social networks they already use.
5. The Realtor will learn how new technologies, like predictive analytics, are being used to analyze a sphere/network rather than the general population with 1% conversion rates.
6. The Realtor will discover apps designed to increase meaningful contact, all from the phone.
