Unfortunately, this has caused our profession to be targeted by people with less-than-wholesome intentions. They know we're alone... they know we don't want to "offend" a possible paycheck... and they know many of us are untrained in how to protect ourselves. Take this course and learn tips on how to put SAFETY FIRST! This class will be live-streamed direct from Florida REALTOR'S studio! Class will start PROMPTLY at 9am. She has written many DBPR-approved courses for CE credits for Florida real estate professionals and has authored several more for Florida Realtors®. She’s also been trusted to provide training on behalf of such companies as Bank of America, Taylor Morrison Homes, Chelsea Title, Fidelity National Title, LandAmerica, Real Estate Expo and many more. She’s been investing in real estate since 1998 and has been helping other investors succeed as a board member and trainer for the local real estate investment associations since 2000. She’s been a managing partner in both a Correspondent Lender and a Real Estate Brokerage with active sales and property management divisions.
