DescriptionLocationInstructorsCancellation Policy The GRI 300 series (301 and 302) focuses on real estate specialties. Property Management, how to generate income from property management, land use and concurrency, brokerage management, international real estate, condos and residential construction will be covered in this course. GRI 302 - Thinking Outside the Box is a 2-day course that covers International real estate, an introduction to single family residential construction, brokerage management and land, environment and private property rights. There is a closed book exam at the end of each module. If completed with GRI 301, the two courses together qualify for 30 hours Broker post licensing credit. In order to receive the GRI Designation, you must successfully complete all 7 modules: GRI 101, 102, 103, 201, 202, 301 and 302. ATTENDANCE POLICY 1. FREC requires a licensee to attend 90% of each of the classroom hours. Physical attendance is required for the duration of class. Please allow adequate commute time. This policy is strictly enforced. 2. You are required to sign-in/sign-out to be recorded as attended and earn CE. 3. No exceptions will be made.
