The GRI 200 & 300 series will be offered virtually through Zoom Webinar. All class materials will be sent through a secure Digify link that will expire at the end of class. All attendees must complete an online exam on the last day of each two-day session.

The GRI 200 series (201 and 202) is about essential real estate techniques. You will learn to enhance your skills with the "sales from the ground up" approach. Investment, proven listing and prospecting techniques, tax tips, tax implications of real estate transactions and personal marketing will be covered in this dynamic course. Using the Internet to benefit your business will also be covered - topics include computer equipment requirements, Internet policy, domain name concepts, contact management software, translation software, email, and much more.

The GRI 300 series focuses on real estate specialties. Property Management, how to generate income from property management, land use and concurrency, brokerage management, international real estate, condos, and residential construction will be covered in this course.

In order to receive the GRI Designation, you must successfully complete all 7 modules: GRI 101, 102, 103, 201, 202, 301, and 302. GRI 201, 202, 301 & 302 qualify for 60 hours Broker post-licensing credit.

Brian Woods
Brian Woods is a seasoned real estate broker, investor, property manager, community association manager, real estate instructor and speaker. He owns and operates multiple real estate brokerages, a community association management firm and a real estate school. In 2013, Brian was awarded the Mid-Size Broker of the Year Award from the REALTORS Association of the Palm Beaches.  He is passionate about international real estate, working with foreign nationals, and investors and believes that education is the key to everything. Brian is a NAR Certified International Properties Specialist (CIPS) instructor and has been featured in the NAR Global Perspectives publication.
