You depend on the telephone for continued business. But to ensure continued business, you must know how to handle telephone transactions effectively.

Take this course and learn skills that you need to handle the types of telephone situations that you encounter on a day-to-day basis in a variety of selling situations. 

Objectives: After taking this class students will be able to:
  • Identify the importance of effective telephone techniques when working with customers
  • Learn the proper handling of incoming calls
  • Understand the difference between warm and cold canvassing 
  • What information should be gathered before the phone rings in the morning
  • How to overcome objections
  • What is trial close and why are they important
ATTENDANCE POLICY
1. FREC requires a licensee to attend 90% of each of the classroom hours. Physical attendance is required for the duration of class.
Please allow adequate commute time. This policy is strictly enforced.

2. You are required to sign-in/sign-out to be recorded as attended and earn CE.

3. No exceptions will be made.
