DescriptionLocationInstructorsCancellation Policy The GRI 200 series (201 and 202) is about essential real estate techniques. You will learn to enhance your skills with the "sales from the ground up" approach. Investment, proven listing and prospecting techniques, tax tips, tax implications of real estate transactions and personal marketing will be covered in this dynamic course. Using the Internet to benefit your business will also be covered - topics include computer equipment requirements, Internet policy, domain name concepts, contact management software, translation software, email, and much more. GRI 202 - Technology and Investments is a 2-day course that covers investments, technology tools and resources and taxes. There is a closed book exam at the end of each module. If completed with GRI 201, the two course together qualify for 30 hours Broker post licensing credit. In order to receive the GRI Designation, you must successfully complete all 7 modules: GRI 101, 102, 103, 201, 202, 301 and 302. ATTENDANCE POLICY 1. FREC requires a licensee to attend 90% of each of the classroom hours. Physical attendance is required for the duration of class. Please allow adequate commute time. This policy is strictly enforced. 2. You are required to sign-in/sign-out to be recorded as attended and earn CE. 3. No exceptions will be made.
