More importantly, the class teaches REALTORS® how to work effectively with and within a rapidly changing multicultural market. The AHWD Certification requires an application fee of $75.00. ATTENDANCE POLICY 1. FREC requires a licensee to attend 90% of each of the classroom hours. Physical attendance is required for the duration of class. Please allow adequate commute time. This policy is strictly enforced. 2. You are required to sign-in/sign-out to be recorded as attended and earn CE. 3. No exceptions will be made.
