The importance of business planning cannot be understated. According to Dun & Bradstreet Reports, "Businesses with fewer than 20 employees have only a 37% chance of surviving four years and only a 9% chance of surviving 10 years." This course will cover relevant information that will assist the attendee with the complexities of the business planning process while keeping the planning process simple and executable. The course addresses setting goals, forecasting your income, looking at the key questions in the coming year, how to execute your plan, and adjusting your plan if necessary. Whether you are a new real estate agent or a seasoned professional in need of a refresher, this course is a comprehensive resource on the timely subject of real estate business planning.
