DescriptionLocation The Holiday Tent Volunteer Opportunity includes assisting in the donation lane, food & toy sorting, food box building, distribution for families, hospitality, parking, environmental, client check-in, or other areas as needed. We ask that you remain flexible to the needs of the clients. Assignments are given after a brief Volunteer Orientation and are based on the needs of the clients. COVID-19: In response to the health & wellness of our clients and volunteers we are following all CDC guidelines for social distancing, sanitation, and masks while volunteering. As such masks are required for all volunteers and if you do not have one, one will be provided for you. Dress Code: Please be sure to wear CLOSED-TOE SHOES, and a shirt with sleeves (jeans and short sleeve t-shirts are great; no tank tops). Check-In & Parking: Please report to the Volunteer Services area in the Holiday Tent. You can park in the Volunteer parking lot, look for parking attendants to direct you. Personal Items: It is best to leave purses and electronics at home or out of sight in your trunk or another secure location while volunteering. Minimum age: All volunteers must be 8 years old or older.
