The goal of this module is to increase the potential for more sales by helping the Sales Associate locate potential buyers, determine their needs, wants, motivation and financial ability to purchase, and to achieve a shared mental picture of what buyers are looking for?

Buyers are everywhere. Even so, it takes a skilled and organized Sales Associate to locate and qualify them. This course aims at imparting the skills and organization that you will need in order to find and qualify buyers effectively. 

Take this course and learn how to handle situations like this or similar, appropriately and keep yourself out of trouble. 

Objectives: After taking this class students will be able to: 
  • Identify sources of prospects 
  • Qualifying prospects
  • Adhering to the CAN-SPAM ACT of 2003
  • Establishing canvassing areas
  • Develop a plan to maintain contact with prospects
  • Identify Buyer motivations
ATTENDANCE POLICY
1. FREC requires a licensee to attend 90% of each of the classroom hours. Physical attendance is required for the duration of class.
Please allow adequate commute time. This policy is strictly enforced.

2. You are required to sign-in/sign-out to be recorded as attended and earn CE.

3. No exceptions will be made.
