Yet, prospecting seems to be something that many real estate professionals shy away from or never come to truly understand. This course specifically addresses prospecting and the use of scripts and dialogues in an attempt to handle and overcome sales objections. Actual scripts and dialogues are provided with the course and real-world scenarios are addressed in order to help you grow your business. Topics will include: Practice Objections Practice Provided Scripts Practice Qualifying Sellers Provide you with actual dialogues Prospecting for listings overview Scenarios on FSBOs Scenarios on Expireds Scenarios on Past Clients Scenarios on Just Listed/Just Sold Members: FREE Non-Members: $10 Seating is limited and Registration is REQUIRED.
