Options include transaction broker, single agent, no brokerage relationship, and designated sales associate. The importance of understanding these relationships cannot be overstated.

This course will cover relevant information that will assist the attendee with the complexities and daily decision making as it relates to brokerage relationships. The intent of this course is to shed light on what can be a very confusing topic. The most tragic circumstance is getting into some kind of legal, professional, or ethical trouble due to ignorance.
