This course material is designed to help agents better Identify their current environment by applying the critical skills utilized in behavior science. This course will provide agents a better understanding of their behavior styles through the DISC profiling system. By understanding how to apply these strategies and implement them in their interactions with clients, associates, peers, managers and fellow agents, individuals will improve their communication skills and learn to manage emotions better. This will result in business growth, managing stress, achieve success in crucial conversations, enhanced time management and better deal with conflict.
