All attendees must complete an online exam on the last day of each two-day session. The GRI 300 series focuses on real estate specialties. Property Management, how to generate income from property management, land use and concurrency, brokerage management, international real estate, condos, and residential construction will be covered in this course. In order to receive the GRI Designation, you must successfully complete all 7 modules: GRI 101, 102, 103, 201, 202, 301, and 302. GRI 301 and GRI 302 qualify for 30 hours Broker post-licensing credit.
