  • What NOT to say regarding the $15,000 down payment assistance and how to actually use it to close more sales;
  • Using Facebook, Instagram, and Snapchat to get organic introductions using "Alliance" tools;
  • How to get them EAGERLY "off the fence" and educating their friends why they should do the same;
  • How to use "Google Virtual Reality" to keep them talking about you DAYS after your meeting; and
  • How to set up systems to actually implement and execute these strategies consistently and predictably.

The Sales Avalanche Series is geared towards helping three types of Real Estate professionals:
  1. "Mega" and team-based agents to stay innovative and relevant in their sales strategies,
  2. Seasoned agents to grow their business beyond the "1-man/woman-band" with systems to sustaniably grow
