After the initial application fee of $179 is paid, there are no annual certification dues (although you must maintain membership in NAR to use PSA)

ATTENDANCE POLICY

1. FREC requires a licensee to attend 90% of each of the classroom hours. Physical attendance is required for the duration of class.
Please allow adequate commute time. This policy is strictly enforced.

2. You are required to sign-in/sign-out to be recorded as having attended and to earn CE credit.

3. No exceptions will be made.

He has been practicing, coaching and teaching real estate for over a decade. He has owned and operated two successful real estate brokerages and a Florida Real Estate School. Robert is proud to be an NAR instructor and a Florida licensed real estate instructor.

A $10 fee will be assessed for class cancellations not received at least 24 hours before the start of class time. Cancellations must be completed through the Member Portal or by emailing education@tamparealtors.org.
