DescriptionLocationInstructorsCancellation Policy This one-day core course focuses on the knowledge and skill base that real estate professionals need to specialize in buying, selling, or managing second homes in a resort, recreational, and/or vacation destination and properties for investment, development, or retirement. This course is required to attain the RSPS Certification and meets the elective course requirement for the ABR® designation awarded by the Real Estate Buyer's Agent Council (REBAC). The RSPS Certification requires a $194.50 application fee. Affiliation: NAR Duration: 1 Day Designation/Certification: ABR® Elective RSPS Core Course ATTENDANCE POLICY 1. FREC requires a licensee to attend 90% of each of the classroom hours. Physical attendance is required for the duration of class. Please allow adequate commute time.
