The Florida Real Estate Commission now requires that all real estate licensees take an ethics and business practice course every two years.  You can not renew your license without taking this course.  This course is designed to give the Florida real estate licensee an in-depth look at how to take a more comprehensive ethical approach towards their real estate business.  This course uses case studies as a means to help the licensee with ethical and professional decisions as it relates to their daily business.
Whether you are a new real estate agent or a seasoned professional in need of a refresher, this course is a valuable resource on real estate ethics and business practice..
