The overall goals of the Accredited Buyer's Representative (ABR®) Designation course are to:
Prepare real estate professionals to represent buyer-clients in real estate transactions and provide the quality of service and degree of fidelity to buyers that sellers have customarily enjoyed.
Offer ideas and methods for building a buyer representation business.
Develop a self-customized tool for conducting a buyer counseling session.

Upon completion of the two-day course and successfully passing the exam, you will have achieved ABR® candidate status, a three-year period during which you must fulfill the educational and experiential requirements to earn the Accredited Buyer's Representative (ABR®) Designation awarded by the Real Estate Buyer’s Agent Council, Inc. (This is a required course for the ABR® Designation)

The ABR Designation requires additional ongoing dues:
1st year of REBAC membership is free. 2nd year is $110 but prorated depending on when the course was taken. 3rd year $110 with a 5% discount if paid online before the end of the year.

ATTENDANCE POLICY
1. FREC requires a licensee to attend 90% of each of the classroom hours. Physical attendance is required for the duration of class.
Please allow adequate commute time. This policy is strictly enforced.

2. You are required to sign-in/sign-out to be recorded as attended and earn CE.

3. No exceptions will be made.

Robert Gress, MBA, ABR, ABRM, AHWD, CCIM, CNHS, CPV, CRB, GREEN, GRI, NVSI, RSPS, SFR, SRES, TRC, is instructor, provider, and school owner of The Florida School of Real Estate. He has been practicing, coaching and teaching real estate for over a decade. He has owned and operated two successful real estate brokerages and a Florida Real Estate School. Robert is proud to be an NAR instructor and a Florida licensed real estate instructor.

All cancellations must be received in writing via email to education@tamparealtors.org and are subject to a $30 cancellation fee. No refunds for cancellations within 72 hours of the start of class. Funds may be transferred only if the course is offered at a later date during the same calendar year.
