GRI 302 - Thinking Outside the Box

The GRI 300 series (301 and 302) focuses on real estate specialties. Property Management, how to generate income from property management, land use and concurrency, brokerage management, international real estate, condos and residential construction will be covered in this course.

GRI 302 - Thinking Outside the Box is a 2-day course that covers International real estate, an introduction to single family residential construction, brokerage management and land, environment and private property rights. This class qualifies for 11 hours of continuing education specialty credit. There is a closed book exam at the end of each module. If completed with GRI 301, the two courses together qualify for 30 hours Broker post licensing credit.

In order to receive the GRI Designation, you must successfully complete all 7 modules: GRI 101, 102, 103, 201, 202, 301 and 302.
