This course is designed to give the Florida licensee an in-depth look at real estate sales profitability.  To find success in real estate, you must be profitable.  This course looks at the activities, behaviors, and thought processes often implemented by top producers in real estate.  If you are looking to have a more profitable year, this course will help you focus clearly on what you should do in order to achieve that goal.  

Whether you are a new real estate sales associate or a seasoned professional in need of a refresher, this course is a comprehensive resource on becoming more profitable in real estate.

ATTENDANCE POLICY
1. FREC requires a licensee to attend 90% of each of the classroom hours. Physical attendance is required for the duration of class.
Please allow adequate commute time. This policy is strictly enforced.

2. You are required to sign-in/sign-out to be recorded as attended and earn CE.

3. No exceptions will be made.
