You will learn to enhance your skills with the "sales from the ground up" approach. Investment, proven listing and prospecting techniques, tax tips, tax implications of real estate transactions and personal marketing will be covered in this dynamic course. Using the Internet to benefit your business will also be covered - topics include computer equipment requirements, Internet policy, domain name concepts, contact management software, translation software, email, and much more. GRI 201 - It's All About You is a 2-day course that covers personal promotion, sales and marketing and taxes. This class qualifies for 11 hours of continuing education specialty credit. There is a closed book exam at the end of each module. If completed with GRI 202, the two course together qualify for 30 hours Broker post licensing credit. In order to receive the GRI Designation, you must successfully complete all 7 modules: GRI 101, 102, 103, 201, 202, 301 and 302.
