Take this course and learn how to recognize the personal qualities that are important to achieving success in the real estate sales cycle.

Objectives: After taking this class students will be able to:
  • Understand the steps of the sales cycle
  • Discover the importance of the sales cycle in your success 
  • Understand the importance of a positive self-image with your customers
  • Discover the meaningful purpose of setting goals for your and your customers
  • Explain why emotional stability is important for a successful Sales Associate
  • Explain how communication affects all steps in the sales cycle
  • Define people skills and explain why they are important
  • Name the additional qualities needed for success
ATTENDANCE POLICY
1. FREC requires a licensee to attend 90% of each of the classroom hours. Physical attendance is required for the duration of class.
Please allow adequate commute time. This policy is strictly enforced.

2. You are required to sign-in/sign-out to be recorded as attended and earn CE.

3. No exceptions will be made.
