Take this course and learn how to increase your competency and productivity in closing the sale, obtaining listings, asking the questions and making recommendations which lead to final commitments.

Objectives: After taking this class students will be able to:

  • Explain the elements in the process of closing a sale of obtaining a listing
  • Explain why closing is important
  • Recognize the importance of good communication with buyers and sellers
  • Demonstrate when to ask for agreement of understanding
  • Methods of securing agreement to close
  • Asking for commitment
ATTENDANCE POLICY
1. FREC requires a licensee to attend 90% of each of the classroom hours. Physical attendance is required for the duration of class.
Please allow adequate commute time. This policy is strictly enforced.

2. You are required to sign-in/sign-out to be recorded as attended and earn CE.
