However, there are several key terms that can extend or change the obligations of each party when issues arise. Concurrently, there are other problems that may also occur that trigger a default. This session will focus on understanding why these triggers happen and which ones can result in ongoing liability or exposure for the parties This series is not intended to replace either the Core Law course or the FAR/BAR multi-hour review.
