Real estate sales is an exciting business. It is one of the few paths left for someone to start a business and have the sky be the limit. Real estate sales require that you have certain skills. One of the most important skill sets to have is the skill of valuation.The type of valuation most often used by real estate licensees is the Comparative Market Analysis (CMA). In this course, we will explore the concepts of how to do a CMA. The class will cover when a CMA can be used and when it cannot be used. The class will also involve practicing the different parts of doing a CMA like choosing comparable properties, making adjustments, and reconciling adjusted properties.If you don’t feel comfortable doing a CMA, this course will help you understand the topic in a more comprehensive way. Whether you are new in real estate or a seasoned veteran, please take this opportunity to learn more about the topic of completing a CMA.ATTENDANCE POLICY1.
